million in sales & 4 locations is seeking an experienced General
Manager. Responsibilities include: efficiency of operations;
establishing policies and procedures; training, managing and
motivating staff; financial oversight; human resource and safety
procedures; equipment inventory, maintenance and repair; pricing
for service; assisting with bids and acquisitions; attending meetings with customers, potential customer and fundraising events.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more yrs. exp. as a General
Manager or Operations Manager in waste management services
operations, a bachelor’s degree (or a combination of education
and 7 yrs. exp.)
